Ms. Nadzieja has been practicing law in Arizona since 1993 and she joined the firm in 1999. Her practice concentrates on litigation of construction/design disputes, personal injury and wrongful death matters, insurance coverage and insurance bad faith.
Ms. Nadzieja is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Association, Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, Arizona Women Lawyers Association and Arizona LGBT Bar Association. Since 1993, she has been licensed to practice in state courts throughout Arizona as well as the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Nadzieja has been selected as a SOUTHWEST SUPERLAWYER in 2015 and 2016.
Ms. Nadzieja earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from Arizona State University. As an undergraduate, Ms. Nadzieja earned a Bachelor of Science in political science in 1989, also from Arizona State University.
Ms. Nadzieja was born near Chicago, Illinois and has resided in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area since 1976.
